Healing Hearts: Grief Support Group for Spouse/Partner Loss

This virtual drop-in grief support group is for older adults who have experienced the death of a spouse or partner within the last two years. The group meets the 1st Tuesday of the month, 10:30am -12:00 pm. Supported by the Lauri S. Bauer Foundation for Sudden Loss. Fine Motor Friends

This fun and engaging summer class for children ages 5–7 years will target fine motor strength, hand coordination, visual motor integration, and dexterity skills through play-based sensory-motor activities, crafts, games, and obstacle courses. Activities are designed by our occupational therapist to support the foundational skills needed for improved handwriting, classroom participation, self-care independence, and overall confidence with school-related tasks. This 6-week class is offered at our clinic in Northbrook.
