A monthly drop-in support group held on Zoom for adults in the Jewish community and beyond who are grieving the loss of a loved one to suicide. This group offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to connect with others who understand this unique kind of loss. Participants are welcome to share, listen, and find support as they navigate the complexities of grief and healing.

Looking for a fun way to learn social awareness, communication skills, and self-regulation? The Social Superhero Training Academy is open! In this occupational therapist-lead class, children will learn strategies to be flexible-thinking superheroes. Practice these new social superhero powers by reading stories, playing games, making crafts, and more! This 6-week class is offered at our clinic in Northbrook.

Healing Hearts: Grief Support Group for Spouse/Partner Loss

This virtual drop-in grief support group is for older adults who have experienced the death of a spouse or partner within the last two years. The group meets the 1st Tuesday of the month, 10:30am -12:00 pm. Supported by the Lauri S. Bauer Foundation for Sudden Loss.
