In this occupational therapist-lead class, children will learn strategies to be flexible-thinking superheroes. Yoga For Kids

This class includes age-appropriate yoga practices including breathing techniques and animal poses. Yoga will be merged with play, art and social game experiences while building children’s gross motor skills, coordination and body awareness.
