A monthly drop-in support group held on Zoom for adults in the Jewish community and beyond who are grieving the loss of a loved one to suicide. This group offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to connect with others who understand this unique kind of loss. Youth Mental Health First Aid

Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) is a skills-based training that teaches adults (and teens, through a separate program) how to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health challenges and substance use issues in young people (ages 6-18), helping them connect to appropriate professional help using a 5-step action plan. 20s & 30s Grief Support Group

It's not a club anyone wants to be a part of, but if you are a person in their 20s or 30s who has lost a parent, sibling, or partner, sometimes it's good to be with people who get it. Co-sponsored by Mishkan Chicago, Base Chicago, and JCFS Chicago, this group meets monthly to share memories of our loved ones and discuss our experiences of grief in a supportive space.
