This grief support group is designed for individuals aged 60 and younger who have lost a spouse or partner within the past two years. Offering a compassionate space for healing and connection, the group will meet in person for six Tuesday evening sessions: March 17th, March 31st, April 7th, April 21st, May 5th, May 19th. 20s & 30s Grief Support Group

It's not a club anyone wants to be a part of, but if you are a person in their 20s or 30s who has lost a parent, sibling, or partner, sometimes it's good to be with people who get it. Co-sponsored by Mishkan Chicago, Base Chicago, and JCFS Chicago, this group meets monthly to share memories of our loved ones and discuss our experiences of grief in a supportive space.
