A monthly drop-in support group held on Zoom for adults in the Jewish community and beyond who are grieving the loss of a loved one to suicide. This group offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to connect with others who understand this unique kind of loss. Participants are welcome to share, listen, and find support as they navigate the complexities of grief and healing.

Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) is a skills-based training that teaches adults (and teens, through a separate program) how to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health challenges and substance use issues in young people (ages 6-18), helping them connect to appropriate professional help using a 5-step action plan.
