A monthly drop-in support group held on Zoom for adults in the Jewish community and beyond who are grieving the loss of a loved one to suicide. This group offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to connect with others who understand this unique kind of loss. Participants are welcome to share, listen, and find support as they navigate the complexities of grief and healing.

LinkedIn workshop convenes in the afternoon on April 15 and June 25 at 2pm. Morning sessions are available May 26 at 11am. This grief support group is for adults who have experienced the death of a loved one within the past two years. The group offers a supportive space to share, heal, and connect with others who understand the experience of loss.The group will be co-facilitated by Leah Shefsky and Rabbi Rebecca Benoff of Chicago Sinai Congregation. We will meet in person at Chicago Sinai, for six sessions beginning October 27, from 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
