JCFS Chicago’s Anxious Behavior Clinic (ABC) offers specialized, evidence-based care for children and teens ages 2–16 experiencing anxiety. We support youth struggling with concerns such as separation anxiety, social anxiety, school-related stress, specific fears, and obsessive-compulsive behaviors.

Our process begins with a comprehensive assessment to understand each child’s needs, followed by individualized recommendations for treatment. Treatment methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), among others. We offer individual, family, and parent-focused supports, tailored to the needs of each family.

Please reach out to Carri Hill, Ph.D. and Madeleine Schwartz, Psy.D. for more information.
