Services for People with Disabilities (SFPD) presents a free Community Education Workshop.
This presentation provides an overview of executive functioning (EF) skills and the role they play in everyday life. Participants will learn how EF skills, such as planning, organization, emotional regulation, and task initiation, help support independence, communication, and daily decision-making for individuals with disabilities. The session will explore how EF challenges can show up at home, in school, at work, and in community settings, often in ways that are misunderstood as behavior or motivation issues.
