Monthly Grief Support Group - Virtual

Please join us for a virtual monthly grief support group for adults who have experienced the death of a loved one within the past two years. The free support group meets on the 4th Monday of each month from 7:30pm - 9:00 pm and is co-sponsored by Anshe Emet Synagogue, Anshe Sholom B’nai Israel, Emanuel Congregation, Mishkan Chicago, Chicago Sinai Congregation, and Temple Sholom of Chicago. This grief support group is for adults who have experienced the death of a loved one within the past two years. The group offers a supportive space to share, heal, and connect with others who understand the experience of loss.The group will be co-facilitated by Leah Shefsky and Rabbi Rebecca Benoff of Chicago Sinai Congregation. We will meet in person at Chicago Sinai, for six sessions beginning October 27, from 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
