Healing Hearts: Grief Support Group for Spouse/Partner Loss

This virtual drop-in grief support group is for older adults who have experienced the death of a spouse or partner within the last two years. The group meets the 1st Tuesday of the month, 10:30am -12:00 pm. Supported by the Lauri S. Bauer Foundation for Sudden Loss. Join us to become a food explorer! This class will provide your child regular exposure to a variety of foods. We’ll be prepping, cooking, creating art or science, and finding joy while exploring foods. With a responsive feeding eye, your child will be invited to engage with food at an individual level which encourages autonomy, confidence, and a little stretch.
