All JCFS Chicago facilities are considered healthcare settings, and face masks are still required.

When we come together in-person for special events, our priority remains the health and wellness of everyone.

All persons will be required to wear a face mask throughout the entire event. All event attendees are required to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19. Valid forms of vaccination verification are required, including vaccination card, photo of vaccination card, digital record or app, or printed record from vaccine provider. Guests will also need to show proof of identification along with vaccination verification.

“Proof of vaccination” means proof that an individual has been fully vaccinated, with “fully vaccinated” status determined by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance. These requirements were created based on current circumstances and may change without notice. Other requirements for attendees will continue to evolve based on the recommendations and guidelines set by the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
