The Access Team is available from 9am-5pm. Monday through Thursday, from 9am-4pm on Friday and other times by phone appointment. JCFS Chicago is closed on the weekend.

For emergencies at all times:
Call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.

For building closures due to weather conditions:
In case of severe weather call 312.673.2760 to find out the status of building closures and when they will reopen.

To report the abuse or neglect of a child:
Please call the Illinois Child Abuse Hotline at 800.25.ABUSE. If you are out-of-state, please call 217.524.2606.

If you are a youth seeking immediate non-emergency support:
Please contact the DCFS Youth Hotline at 800.232.3798.
