IPT’s Back-to-School Boosters is a dynamic, therapist-led half-day camp running August 4–8, designed for children ages 7–12 to reconnect mind and body before the school year begins.
Each morning from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, campers engage in occupational and speech-language therapist-developed sessions that build sensory and emotional awareness, literacy skills, and social development. Activities include interoception exercises like mindfulness and yoga, an engaging literacy group featuring creative and expressive reading and writing, and a playful social skills block packed with games that promote teamwork, self-regulation, and communication.
Optional lunch from 12:30–1:00 PM (for an additional fee) gives campers a chance to practice conversation and social routines in a supportive environment. With a focus on growth, self-awareness, and fun, this intensive program offers a meaningful jumpstart to the school year.
The week costs $875 for camp and $125 for the additional lunch period.
