This group is for adults who are struggling with personal concerns such as relationship issues, coping with anxiety and depression and self-esteem and can benefit from a psychotherapy group. Participants are required to undergo a screening process with the group facilitator and to make a minimum commitment to participate in twelve group sessions. |

Join other adults to learn tips and tools for finding enjoyment and minimizing the challenges while living with chronic physical illness. Topics may include communicating with healthcare providers, relationships with family and friends, spiritual resources for healing, and living well in times of uncertainty and hardship. The group facilitator will encourage the process of sharing by providing a space for everyone to explore and learn from members of the group. This group meets every Wednesday from 1 – 2:15pm |

This group, lead by certified perinatal mental health clinicians, offers education and support around pregnancy, infant and maternal mental health and guidance on improving stress management. The group is a supportive space for mutual support and validation as well as a space where resources and referrals to related services will be shared. The group is open to new and expectant moms regardless of whether this is their first or subsequent pregnancy or baby. |

Utilizing listening, phonological skills, letter knowledge, and early decoding skills, your child will build his or her reading and writing strengths. Thematic vocabulary, reading comprehension strategies, and specific language instruction will also be addressed to help your child better generalize skills. Based on a screening, a weekly curriculum will be tailored to children’s needs to boost skills. |

Virtual Sibshops offer brothers and sisters of children with a variety of special needs a place to meet other siblings in a relaxed, supportive, and recreational setting. They discuss their common joys and concerns, learn to handle sibling-specific “sticky situations” and have fun! For kids ages 6-12 years old. Teens are also welcome.
