Please join us for a 4-week Jewish meditation group for support in difficult times in life--such as bereavement, addiction recovery, illness and other experiences of loss, fear and pain. We will learn a compassion meditation based on the Priestly Blessing, turning to Jewish wisdom as we live in the midst of challenge.

No prior meditation experience, particular Jewish observance, or Hebrew fluency is required. A commitment to daily 20-minute meditation practice for the four weeks is requested.

Sibshops offer brothers and sisters of children with a variety of special needs a place to meet other siblings in a relaxed, supportive, and recreational setting. They discuss their common joys and concerns, learn to handle sibling-specific “sticky situations” and have fun! For kids ages 6-12 years old. Teens are also welcome. Contact us for more information.

Sibshops are currently offered one Sunday afternoon each month in Northbrook. Teen Sibshops are offered as requested.
