The Get Together is a group for parents, grandparents, caregivers and children ages newborn until the 5th birthday. The Get Together offers the following opportunities to families with young children:

Support Groups

For those who are grieving the death of their spouse or partner within the past two years. This free group meets on Mondays for 8 weeks beginning March 4th. It will focus on the issues facing younger spouses including taking on new roles, self-care, coping skills, parenting and getting support. Dinner provided before the group. Childcare is available. Registration is required. This event is co-sponsored by the Lauri S. Bauer Foundation for Sudden Loss and The Jewish Healing Network of Chicago.

There will be sessions on career exploration, workplace expectations, resume development, interviewing skills, and more. The goal is to help you build and practice the skills that are required in the workplace.
