Knowing that the anniversary of a traumatic event sometimes marks the return of anxiety, anger, depression, or fear for many survivors, JCFS Chicago's warm line is open. If your need is not urgent and you are just looking to talk to someone about your emotional distress, you can call us between 9am and 5pm Monday through Thursday, 9am-4pm Fridays at 855.275.5237 to connect with an emotional support professional.

To report the abuse or neglect of a child, please call the Illinois Child Abuse Hotline at 800.25.ABUSE. If you are out-of-state, please call 217.524.2606.

To report suspected abuse, financial exploitation or neglect of an older person or a person with disabilities aged 18-59 years old, please call the statewide, 24-hour Adult Protective Services Hotline at 1.866.800.1409.
