Jennifer Krapfl, MEd, LPC
Jennifer Krapfl manages all aspects of Career Services to ensure goals are met and to foster productive engagement with partners. She provides guidance and leadership to her team, helping them grow professionally while supporting their ongoing success. Jennifer is the team lead in Project EM, a national initiative with NJHSA, to bring skilled career services to underserved populations. She also works with people one-on-one and in groups throughout the career development process. Jennifer interned with Northwestern University's Career Services Office, served as an AmeriCorps literacy tutor and as the president of the Illinois Career Development Association. She is a licensed counselor with a master's degree in community counseling from Loyola University Chicago and a bachelor's degree in education from Indiana University. Jennifer sees clients in our downtown, West Rogers Park and Skokie offices.
Rebecca Gordon
Rebecca Gordon helps job seekers of all ages and experience levels achieve their career goals and find meaning in their work. Her career spans two decades in communications and arts administration across multiple sectors, including government, the film industry, and the corporate world. Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in screenwriting from Columbia College Chicago and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace certificate from USF Muma College of Business.
Sandra Saltzman
Sandra Saltzman incorporates understanding, empathy and expertise when working with job seekers from varied backgrounds. She uses her extensive knowledge and experience, along with a proven and successful program guideline, to assist individuals in securing sustaining careers. Sandra guides people through programs and pathways, following a process that highlights relevant contemporary employment trends and encourages job seekers to achieve self-sufficiency and fulfillment through employment. Sandra previously had a successful career as the principal designer for a global interior design firm, addressing people’s needs on five continents. She has transferred her skills and expertise from her accomplished career to bring value to her work assisting job seekers at JCFS.
