Alliance Ground International (AGI) has been a strong employer partner to HIAS Immigration & Citizenship, providing cargo, shipping and receiving warehouse positions to candidates—regardless of their English proficiency.

HIAS employment specialists have recently been supporting several individuals through the hiring process for full-time positions with AGI at O’Hare International Airport.

“AGI has been a valued employer partner, and this is a great credit to the team to continue this relationship,” said Assistant Director of Career Services Jennifer Krapfl.

Towards the end of 2025, at least eight individuals moved through the interview process with human resources, and five from that group were approved to receive their badges and started working. Four more individuals recently completed their final steps of training with AGI and will be scheduled to begin work soon as well.

Throughout the process, the full HIAS employment team has accompanied them to provide help and support, as well as to assist with interpretation.

Employment Specialist Maggie McMahon called their recent trip to AGI an overall success and said everyone is eager to start work, adding that “the HIAS employment team is equally excited to continue its partnership with AGI!"
