A Labyrinth Walk

The labyrinth is one of the oldest contemplative and transformational tools. It combines the imagery of the circle and spiral into a meandering but purposeful path. It provides a transformative journey to one’s own center and back out to the world. The labyrinth is a mirror of our grief journey, where the way in is the way out.

This free workshop will include time to reflect on your grief, to experience the labyrinth path, and to discuss your experience with other participants.
