Today we are launching a new direction for our brand, which includes a shorter name, new logo, clearer messaging and a blueprint for increased awareness.

Our name–JCFS Chicago– allows us to express the depth and breadth of what we do in new ways, offering an opportunity to represent an array of services that goes beyond what Jewish Child & Family Services described. JCFS offers expert, individualized help to support people of all ages and abilities as they strive to live successfully in their community, while enhancing social-emotional well-being for adults, children, teens, families, and individuals with disabilities — better explains what we do and who we serve. Our mission remains the same: hope and healing is at the core of everything we do.

Our logo combines a Star of David and the Chicago star – representing the intersection of Jewish values that inspire our work, and our commitment to those in need around the Chicago area. The multi-color palette represents the wide range of services we offer, and the diverse group of individuals we serve – regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, ability, gender, or sexual orientation.

The JCFS family of services works together to strengthen lives throughout our community by delivering on the promise to be clinically expert and relentlessly caring, empowering people to improve their lives.
