When Words Fail: Healing Your Grief Through Music

We have all experienced the power of music on some level, and there are ways to tap into that power that can be supportive and therapeutic.

Through activities, we will explore how music can support people on their journey through grief and loss. Music can be cathartic, help you feel less isolated and communicate for you when it’s hard to know what to say. No musical training or skill is required.

Led by Dianna Rose, a licensed mental health counselor in Washington State, and a board-certified music therapist with specialized training in Neurologic Music Therapy.
