Suicide in the Jewish Community - Continuing the Conversation

This event is postponed

Join us to continue the conversation about suicide prevention and support in the Jewish community. Rabbi David-Seth Kirshner will share his personal journey following the death of his brother Gabriel to suicide in 1996, how his family learned to cope and gradually how to heal, and how we can open up the conversation about suicide risk, learning how to take better care of ourselves and each other.

Dessert reception to follow (Kosher dietary laws observed).

Rabbi David-Seth Kirshner of Temple Emanu-El in Closter, New Jersey is a pillar in the mental health community and provides pastoral care to his congregants and others who have lost a loved one to suicide.
