Person-Centered Planning: An Entrepreneurial Approach

Person-centered planning is a process that empowers people with and without disabilities. It focuses on the person and their needs by putting them in charge of defining the direction for their lives. This ultimately leads to greater inclusion as valued members of both community and society.

Teri Steinberg will facilitate this session, which will demonstrate how to utilize the tool called PATH (Planning Alternative Tomorrows With Hope). Developing one's PATH enables them to choose their own pathway to success.

This event is free and open to all people with disabilities and their families. Register for this session.
