Nechama: A Workshop to comfort the bereaved

Have you recently experienced the loss of a loved one? Please join others from the community for Nachama, a free and open event for grievers and their loved ones who have experienced a death in recent months.

We will look at how Judaism lays the groundwork to provide comfort for the bereaved through the use of ritual and connection to other mourners.

Participants will learn about the grief process,  coping mechanisms, different grieving styles, and how to gain and receive support from friends and family.

Please register by April 12, 2018 by contacting Elizabeth Cohen.
