An Evening of Support for Parents of LGBTQ+ Teens and Young Adults
Is your teen LGBTQ+, non-binary, fluid, transgender? Join JCFS Response for Teens for an evening of conversation and support. Led by Response Clinical Supervisor, Jeff Pyritz, LCSW, along with Lillian Gecker, A.M. (June 2) and Catherine Kliegle, LCSW (June 18), this evening will bring together Jewish parents and care-givers to talk, listen, and learn about supporting your young person, and being kind to yourself.
This evening is co-hosted by JCFS Response for Teens and Mishkan Chicago, a Jewish spiritual community in Chicago that leads people toward more purposeful, more connected, and more inspired lives. Maggie's Place is a wellness center at Mishkan devoted to Jewish learning, leadership opportunities, social community, and access to social services and resources.
You have the option to attend either the June 2 or June 18, 2020 session.
For more information, contact Jeff Pyritz, LCSW, Clinical Supervisor Response for Teens.
There will be a Zoomlink distributed to those who register.
