Diving into the Nervous System and Somatic Experience

Somatic Experiencing is a form of alternative therapy created by Dr. Peter Levine aimed at relieving the symptoms of mental and physical trauma-related problems by focusing on the client's perceived body sensations(somatic experiences).

This training will cover what the nervous system is and how it works while helping participants to experience how to regulate themselves for increased attunement to clients, personal relationships, and most importantly, themselves. Attendees will have a deeper relationship with ease, comfort and enjoyment even in the face of feelings of anger, stress or anxiety.

This event costs $40 to attend. CEU's = 2
