Clinical Treatment of Children
A new seminar series led by Sally Herschman and focusing on providing therapeutic services to people age 0-18 years old. The series is clinically focused but that does NOT mean it is for clinicians only! Explore all aspects of working with and treating clients, from engagement to termination, using a lens of consideration for trauma experiences, race, developmental disabilities, and presentation along the full gender and sexuality spectrum. Supervisors and direct service staff are highly encouraged to attend.
The four sessions, described below, are sequential. However, you may attend any combination that works for you.
An opportunity for JCFS staff to learn, share experiences & develop collegial relationships. Prior to each seminar, a question will be sent to each participant to focus the learning on relevant case material.
