Planning ahead for Summer 2020? Consider our “After Camp” Summer Program designed for children who would benefit from therapeutic support during the summer months with a focus on emotional regulation, struggles in social settings, and difficulty navigating relationships.
Hinaynee Summer Program is designed to address the issues that children face in their daily lives. The program provides:
- A home base to explore feelings, build relationships, and learn new coping skills.
- Art, movement, story-telling, and mindfulness activities.
- Therapists skilled at combining fun and therapeutic activities to promote lasting growth in group settings.
Hours: 3:30-5:00pm* (flexible drop-off and pick up times). Group meets twice a week for 7 weeks during July and August. A light, healthy snack is provided.
Fees: JCFS makes every effort to bill each client’s health insurance for therapeutic services provided. Contact us for more information.
Location: After-Camp will be provided at multiple JCFS offices in West Rogers Park and Northbrook.
Age: Groups are available for children entering kindergarten – 8th grade and are separated by age.*
*Many of our groups are also separated by gender.
