Social Skills Group for Children: Expressive Art Therapy

The expressive arts provide opportunities for self-expression, social connection, and exploration of emotional experience. This group is co-ed and designed for children 9 - 12 years-old who entering 4th-6th grade. This group will be offered over the summer for 10 weeks on Wednesdays and will provide children with the opportunity to participate in a group experience with emphasis on developing skills for emotional regulation, improving communication, and deepening self-awareness. Children are encouraged to use drama, art, and creative writing to express themselves and connect with one another in a small group setting.

Group fee: $350/series (scholarships available*)
