Making Connections: Girls Group for Social Support

Would your child benefit from support navigating relationships?
Does your child struggle to manage difficulties with friendships and social situations?

If so, consider including your child in our upcoming Girls Group. This group encourages practice with new skills to support friendships and improve social skills. The emphasis of our Girls Group is on building healthy relationships, and navigating social contexts. Each week we use games, expressive arts and discussion to support the process of forming and maintaining friendships. Group facilitators will maintain contact with parents to encourage participants to practice skills throughout the week. Parent collaboration is encouraged.

Groups are divided by age as appropriate, girls aged 9 - 13 are welcome.
