Did you receive a letter saying you are eligible to apply for either the Home Based Waiver or CILA funding?
If so, please call JCFS, which is a designated Service Facilitation Agency. JCFS can assist you whether you were approved for the Home Based Waiver or CILA funding.
If you were approved to apply for the Home Based Waiver
JCFS Service Facilitators will assist you with the process.
If you were invited to apply for CILA funding
JCFS can help you connect with other families with CILA funding and guide you through the entire planning process.
